I have been so excited to share this cover! This song was released 18 years ago, in 2001 and originally performed by the amazing Sarit Haddad. Lyrics that moved us, and a vocal performance that brought you to tears…. This was how the song resonated with me as I’m sure it did for many Jewish & Israeli communities around the world. Anytime I heard this song it was a quick reminder for me to be thankful for the things we seem to take for granted, to pray more and to never lose faith in Him. I’ve always sang this song casually around the house but when it came time to record it and sing it from the heart it moved me and brought me to tears- which I totally didn’t expect.
